A lock can symbolize a trustworthy person, or a woman who is a virgin if the person tries to open it.

If an imprisoned person sees himself opening a lock, it symbolizes his freedom.

If a worried person sees himself opening a lock, it symbolizes that his worries disappear and things are made easier for him.

Locks made of wood symbolize hypocrisy and that someone is contradictory or a person who takes bribes.
