A heart can symbolize the one who is in power and in charge.

A black heart symbolizes that the person will commit great sins.

A heart symbolizes a person’s mind, wit and cleverness.
It is also said to symbolize the ruler, so the good or bad state you see the heart in symbolizes the state of the ruler.
Seeing a heart can indicate a person’s piety and good speech.
Losing your heart or having it taken away from you can indicate one of four things: enormous fear, madness, bad faith, or suffering a setback.
A black heart covered by a shroud or similar indicates that the person is lost and away from the truth, commits many sins, and has a heart so blinded that he cannot distinguish between right and wrong.
Pain in the heart suggests hypocrisy and doubt or it may symbolize the accumulation of money.
