Seeing an unmarried or barren woman give birth symbolizes fertility in that year.
To look as if your mother is giving birth to you suggests that you will die.
If a woman sees herself giving birth through her mouth, she will die and her soul will go out through her mouth.
If a man sees himself giving birth to a boy, it indicates that he will have problems or become ill. If he sees himself giving birth to a girl, he will be happy.

Abu Sa’id al-Wa’idh said: “If a woman sees herself pregnant, it indicates that she will get more money. If it is a man who sees himself pregnant, it symbolizes a sorrow to come”.
It is also said that for both men and women, pregnancy symbolizes gifts and worldly wealth, the amount of which is measured by the size of one’s belly.
If it’s an underage boy who sees himself pregnant, the dream is about his father.
If it is a girl, it is about her mother.
al-Kirmani said: ” Seeing oneself pregnant indicates the accumulation of money. Seeing his wife pregnant suggests that he hopes to achieve something of value/materalistic in this life.”
In general, pregnancy always symbolizes something positive, whether it is a man or a woman who dreams about it.
Seeing an animal pregnant also suggests a positive benefit, especially if it is a well-liked animal.
Al-Kirmani said: “Seeing yourself giving birth to a girl indicates that you will receive enormous good/khayr.”
Having a boy (a man sees himself) suggests that he will get into a lot of trouble or hear something he dislikes or maybe die.
Seeing his wife have a boy suggests that she will give birth to a girl. This is if she is pregnant when you see this in the dream otherwise it indicates that you will have troubles that Allah will later remove.
And seeing her have a girl suggests that she will have a boy.
Except if the person who sees this in the dream often sees things in dreams that turn out exactly as he saw them.
If a person who is sick sees himself feeding through his mouth, it symbolizes that he will die.
Or it may indicate that the person will speak well of someone they have been disappointed with.
Abu Sa’id al-Wa’idh said: “For a man to see himself giving birth to a boy symbolizes that he will embark on something difficult that he has not mastered and that will eventually be made easier for him. Or it suggests that he will be freed from his bad wife.”
Having a miscarriage in your dream symbolizes that you will not complete a goal you are pursuing.
