Seeing a storm hit a place symbolizes punishment.

Winds are glad tidings, Allah says: “And of His wonders are the winds which He sends forth with favorable omens to bestow upon you something of His grace.” [30:46]

Ibn Sirin said: “Seeing a strong wind blowing up symbolizes fear that will spread among people, the more extensive and stronger the wind, the greater the fear.

 

If the wind tears up trees or destroys buildings in a particular place, it symbolizes that adversity will befall them.”

Pollinating winds without negative elements/features mean success in people’s living standards.

Anyone who sees themselves being carried by the wind from one place to another will travel far away. The higher up from the ground you travel with the wind, the more honor and status you will gain.

If the wind is dark or brings sand, it symbolizes great concern and strong fear.

Seeing two winds meet can symbolize two armies meeting.

If you see a storm coming and then subsiding when it reaches the ground, it suggests people who have gone out to war or cause mischief but then reconciled.

Seeing a strong wind trying to catch a person and throw him away symbolizes an enemy to be wary of.
